Key Responsibilities Lead day‑to‑day procurement activities including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management. Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement standards, and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure reliable supply and cost effectiveness. Coordinate with inventory, production, and quality teams to align procurement activities with operational demands and ensure effective communication and collaboration. Review and analyze purchase requisitions and contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness. Develop and monitor supplier performance metrics to ensure quality, delivery, and cost targets are met. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to procurement processes. Identify and mitigate procurement‑related risks across the region. Manage procurement documentation, reporting, and supplier records effectively. Collaborate with logistics and quality functions, particularly within Koch‑Glitsch, to support seamless supply chain operations. Basic Qualifications Demonstrated experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Knowledge of procurement and sourcing best practices, vendor management, stakeholder engagement and contract compliance. Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software. Valid VISA and Passport. Ability to travel. Proficiency in English and Spanish. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field. CPCM, CSCP, CPP or MCIPS Certification. Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, category management and supplier quality. Proven supervisory or leadership experience. Demonstrated proactive problem‑solving, influence and sound judgement in procurement decisions. Drive operational efficiency and cost savings while balancing quality and service.
