Job Summary Our company is growing, and we’re in search of a recruiter to support our recruiting efforts for our US corporate (English only). As a Sourcer, you will join a team of all-star professionals as we partner with hiring managers to fill our company's vacancies promptly. This position is 100% on-site, and we're looking for someone local to Mexico City . If you live in the area, speak 100% fluent English, possess strong Boolean logic experience, and are eager to join a growing team, this is the job for you Responsibilities Conduct sourcing and pre-screening efforts for corporate positions across the United States. Meet established metrics and KPIs. Use traditional resources, such as Linkedin and Indeed to identify, attract, and source quality applicants. Follow up with candidates to obtain feedback regarding the recruiting process. Communicate important employment information during the delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, noncompete agreements). Manage current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Support other ad-hoc tasks as needed. Qualifications Can independently develop reports, spreadsheets, diagrams, charts, graphs, and other products that may be needed. (e.g. – MS Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint) At least 3-5 years of prior recruiting experience Extensive experience in using candidate sourcing tools for recruiting. Linkedin Recruiter Experience and Boolean Logic experience is required. Ability to multi-task and prioritize a diversified workload, meeting established deadlines with minimal supervision Good written and verbal communication skills Fluency in both English and Spanish (language level will be assessed in further steps of the process) Must be flexible and possess the ability to meet deadlines in a high tempo environment. Excellent time-management, organization and multi-tasking skills required. A dependable team player with business maturity, enthusiasm, and a positive work attitude. Ability to work in a matrixed environment.
