Considering best practices, standards, current legislation and global programs, planning and establishing the structure of the safety and environmental management system. To meet the safety and environmental goals and objectives. Coordinate the development of sustainability activities in synergy with the LATAM and global team. Provide advice, support, training and development to enable local HSE deliver professional support to the business functions in which they are employed. Provide validation, audit and assessment that required HSE standards are adopted throughout the TerritoryWhat you´ll need to succeed?Degree in Management, Administration or Engineering.Minimum experience of 3 - 5 - years in HSE leadership roles at the chemical, foods, agroindustry or manufacturing industries.Detailed operational knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) management systems and working knowledge of existing and under developing relevant HSE legislation. Appropriate national / international qualifications in HSE management or a specialist HSE discipline. Project and change management skills and experience. Business Management of HSE. Risk ManagementAdvance English**Communicates with impact. Analytical Thinking**: Ability to assess and resolve problems and conflicts. Ability to influence and gain support.
