We invite you to join our digital transformation journey.In this role, you will have the opportunity to boost your skills and become the heart of an innovative engine that is contributing to global impact and improvement.**At Takeda’s ICC we Unite in Diversity****Objectives**:- Acts as leader across internal teams to drive resolution of any operational issues for the data integration of digital products- Ensure the quality, completeness, and accuracy of data definitions.- Use data quality software to interrogate data sets.- Design data quality monitors to meet project data needs.- Perform detailed analysis in order to identify trends and patterns in data.- Document business rules for data.- Support and promote data principles, policies, and standards.- Perform root cause analysis on data anomalies and work with data stewards to resolve issues.**Accountabilities**:**Incident Management**:- Responsible for driving incident resolution with full ownership (post-triage team) for designated customer groups.- Monitor and communicate incident and service requests impacts and trends related to assigned customer groups.**Operations Management**:- Participate in testing of new technologies for impact analysis and transition to ongoing operations.- Support reliable and stable data management, security, backup, restoration, archiving, and replication.- Partner with Global platform teams to ensure continuous alignment of platform operating models with USBU needs, as well as an integrated approach to any issue resolution.- Support the Commercial Operations and franchise teams for data related questions, analysis and reporting related to commercial ecosystem and related interfaced systems.**Education, Behavioral Skills and Competencies**:- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training is required- 7+ years of experience in Information Technology, 3-5 yrs. strong focus on delivery and operations.- Proven competences in stakeholder alignment, business need analysis, customer focus, and result focus, delivery.- Prior experience working with and managing third-party service providers required.- Using Incident and Problem Management Tools, Methods, & Best Practices.- Following Compliance, Security, and Risk Mgmt. Policies & Procedures.**Technical and functional skills**:- Subject matter expert in data processing technologies, information management, analysis, and methodologies, such as:- Reltio, Databricks, AWS S3, Redshift, Python, MuleSoft, Informatica IICS/PowerCenter, BDM, JSON, Salesforce, Oracle, SQL, Tidal, GlobalScape- Visualization technologies: Qlik, and Tableau- Real-time/near real time expertise including MuleSoft and IICS- Familiarity with data in the pharmaceutical space (i.e., IQVIA, Medpro, PDRP, Specialty Pharma, Symphony Claims, DRG, call activity, samples, fingertip formulary, revenue management, gross to net, predictive modeling, product, and sales)- Strong knowledge and expertise with Commercial data ecosystem processes and platforms - CRM, MDM, Omnichannel Marketing, data warehouse, Field Sales Reporting, Alignment/Targeting and Incentive Compensation.- Conceptual knowledge of data and analytics, such as dimensional modeling, ETL, reporting tools, data governance, data warehousing, structured and unstructured data**What Takeda’s ICC Can Offer You**At Takeda, you take the lead on building and shaping your own career.Joining the ICC in Mexico City will give you access to high-end technology, continuous training and a diverse and inclusive network of colleagues who will support your career growth.It is our priority to provide competitive compensation and a benefit package that bridges your personal life with your professional career.
