CONOCIMIENTOS REQUERIDOS (COMPETENCIAS TÉCNICAS)**:- 1.- Requerimientos específicos del cliente que apliquen (CQI- 23, CQ1-12, VDA 6.3, PSB).- 2.- IATF 16949: 2016.- 3.- ISO 14001 :2015.- 4.- Core Tools.- 5.- Herramientas de resolución de problemas.- 6.- Conocimiento de portales de cliente (CQMS, Covisint, BEON, GIRA).- 7.- E-ppap Supplier Customers.**IV. RESPONSABILIDADES ESPECÍFICAS (AUTORIDAD)**:**De la Función**:- Diarias- 1.- Desempeñar el rol de cliente en la planta.- 2.- Coachear y entrenar a los operadores, Gap líder y supervisores en los principios Básicos de calidad- de Faurecia y en las especificaciones de los clientes.- 3.- Asegurar embarques con UAP en condición OK, o detener embarque hasta asegurar requerimiento del cliente.- 4.- Actualizar y dar mantenimiento al plan de control.- 5.- Revisar y monitorear el estatus de quejas hasta su cierre.- 6.- Asegurar que en las reclamaciones de clientes internos y externos se proporcione una respuesta adecuada y en- tiempo utilizando las herramientas de resolución de problemas, con una activa participación de personal.- 7.- Comunicación efectiva con SQA.- 8.- Cumplir lo establecido en el código de ética y administración.- 9.- Establecer canales de comunicación con cliente y seguimiento a mejora o requisitos del cliente(No solo por reclamaciones).- 10.- Dar soporte a reclamaciones con proveedores de materia prima.- 11,- Administrar hombres garantia y personal de muros de calidad internos y externos.- Frecuentes- 1.- Implementar y asegurar los Básicos de Calidad en las líneas de producción.- 2.- Implementar el sistema de calidad de acuerdo a los procedimientos de Faurecia (FCP).- 3.- Dar soporte al ingeniero de procesos de la UAP en la actualización del AMEF.- 4.- Dar soporte y liderar continuamente las actividades de mejora.- 5.- Desarrollar, implementar y mantener técnicas de Control Estadístico del Proceso.- 6.- Generar PPAP y documentación cuando existan cambios de ingeniería, o de proceso.- 7.- Dar seguimiento a planes de acción para reclamaciones de garantía del cliente.- 8.- Dar seguimiento y asegurar los requisitos de auditorías internas y externas.- 9.- Apoyar al ingeniero de procesos en análisis de problemas.- 10.- Solicitar y evaluar la disposición de material NOK al área de cuarentena.- 11.- Programar auditorias de producto terminado en su área de producción.- 12.- Recopilar información de SCRAP, rechazo y QW para actualizar portal de Faurecia.- 13.- Generar reportes diarios, semanales y mensuales de SCRAP, customer debits y muros de calidad.
