Experiencia gestionando servicios en Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Experiencia diseñando y operando pipelines CI/CD con herramientas como Google Cloud Build, Tekton, ArgoCD y OpenShift. Experiencia con herramientas de infraestructura como código, especialmente Terraform. Experiencia utilizando Git y plataformas como GitHub. Experiencia en scripting con Python, Go o Bash. Experiencia monitoreo, observabilidad y gestión de alertas en sistemas distribuidos. Experiencia sólida en la resolución de problemas técnicos complejos en entornos distribuidos. Conocimientos y Habilidades:Sólido entendimiento de los principios de DevOps y DevSecOps. Capacidad para integrar prácticas de seguridad (escaneos, validaciones, configuraciones seguras) dentro de pipelines y entornos cloud. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo colaborativo con equipos técnicos y no técnicos. Habilidad para liderar iniciativas técnicas y mentorizar a otros miembros del equipo. Deseables / Plus:Certificaciones profesionales en GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform o seguridad cloud. Conocimiento de herramientas de análisis de seguridad como SAST, DAST, SCA. Experiencia con ingeniería del caos o planificación de recuperación ante desastres. Experiencia previa brindando soporte a usuarios internos sobre plataformas técnica.
