We're looking for a Manual Tester / QA Engineer to join the team of one of our clients. They are a full-stack platform including product development, analytics, and third-party logistics (3PL).We're looking for a senior test engineer to organize the foundational requirements of a QA department for their software platform. You will be directly responsible for creating engineering policies and working towards a behavior driven mentality and test driven ethos in our growing company.As a team member you will collaborate with top-class talent from the US, Mexico and Colombia.**Requirements**:- 3 years of senior level experience as a QA tester or in a similar position- Knowledge of project management and QA methodology.- Ability to document and troubleshoot bugs.- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.- Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Jira)- Experience managing Selenium.- Attention to detail.- Analytical mind and aptitude for problem solving.- Strong communication skills.- Gherking is a plus- Understanding BDD & TDD Principles.- ISTBQ is recommended for consideration- English Skills (B2 -Level or more)We offer:- Direct contract- Work from home- Laptop and all necessary equipment will be provided- 15 days PTO- Public Holiday days in your country- 5 days off for Winter Break Team Events (Twice a Year)- You are part of a real team Meet your peers in person in company events in US, Mexico or Colombia- Continuing Education Benefits- Sponsored courses for English language development- Significant discounts on computer equipment after a year tenureTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo
