**Job Title: ERP Data Migration Specialist (SAP to Microsoft Dynamics)****Location**: Mexico City**Employment Type**: Contract**Reports To**: ERP Project Manager**Job Summary**:We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Data Migration Specialist to lead the data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes as part of our transition from an older version of SAP to Microsoft Dynamics. This role will be critical to ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all financial and accounting data being migrated to the new system.**Key Responsibilities**:- Design and implement data migration strategies from SAP to Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring mínimal disruption to business operations.- Extract, clean, transform, and validate data from SAP ERP modules (primarily financial/accounting), Human Resource Systems, and other necessary data sources.- Map data fields and define transformation logic in alignment with Dynamics data structures.- Develop scripts and automated tools for ETL processes.- Perform data reconciliation and validation to ensure completeness and accuracy after migration.- Manage data cleansing and enrichment activities as needed to ensure high data quality in the new system.- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and troubleshoot data-related issues.- Maintain thorough documentation for all migration processes, data mapping, and transformation rules.**Required Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in data migration projects involving ERP systems (SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics preferred).- Solid understanding of SAP ERP data structures, especially within FI (Finance) and CO (Controlling) modules.- Proficiency in data transformation tools (e.g., SQL, Python, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or similar).- Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data integrity.- Experience with data quality management and reconciliation processes.**Preferred Skills**:- Experience in migrating from legacy SAP versions (e.g., ECC) to modern cloud-based ERP systems.- Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools.- Knowledge of compliance requirements for financial data is a plus (e.g., US GAAP, NIF).- Project management or Agile/Scrum experience in ERP implementations.**Contract Duration: 6 to 8 month project with possible extension****Language Requirements: Fluent in Englishand Spanish**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de vidaTipo de jornada:- DiurnoPregunta(s) de postulación:- Indica tu expectativa salarial (Bruto Mensual)Experiência:- ERP systems: 5 años (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
