You will play a key role in identifying events, supporting remote engagement, and helping build a robust framework for consistent community outreach.What You Will Do:- Source and recommend local engagement events to strengthen our Representatives' professional networks.- Provide remote support for hosting and managing community events across various regions.- Maintain and update weekly reports and control spreadsheets to track engagement progress.- Document best practices and uncover new opportunities for enhancing community engagement.- Create and maintain templates for repetitive tasks and activities to ensure efficient processes.What We Are Looking For:- 3+ years of experience as a Community Manager.- 1+ years of experience managing events.- 1+ years of experience in sales or customer success.- Excellent organization and time-management skills.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Academic background in Executive Assistance, Marketing, Public Relations, or Social Communication.- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.How we do make your work (and your life) easier:- 100% remote work (from anywhere).- Excellent compensation in USD or your local currency if preferred- Flexible hours: create your own schedule.- Paid parental leaves, vacations, and national holidays.- Innovative and multicultural work environment: collaborate and learn from the global Top 1% of talent.- Supportive environment with mentorship, promotions, skill development, and diverse growth opportunities.Join a global team where your unique talents can truly thrive
