Lugar: MX - Central Office - Santa FeRepresentante de Adquisición de Talento de Goodyear: SONIA NIETOLI-SN1**Sales and Business Advisor****Ubicación: Mérida, Yucatán****Primary Purpose of the Position**:- Advise and manage customer accounts to accomplish the sell in / sell out goals, ensuring profitable mix and volume targets to meet/exceed company targets.- Support credit and collection activities to maintain a healthy financial relationship. - Develop business opportunities to support company growth.- Evaluate customer needs and suggest proactive business solutions, promoting reliable and long-term relationships with costumers- Plan, develop, and support business strategies in terms of price, mix, channels, promotion, and product portfolio. 2. Main Responsibilities:- Promote sell out, following business priorities- Active collaboration, resolving and preventing Credit & Collection issues.- Keep an open and frequent communication with the customers, to favor win / win business.- Keep technical knowledge updated, demonstrating to be an expert in GY products and processes, adding value to the customers' business needs.- Analyze market data to support sales and marketing actions, developing a data-driven-oriented focus, being able to detect and capture improvement opportunities.- Develop long-term relationships. Specific for Peru: Supports : ISO 9001. ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF16949 as it requires**Education**:- Required: Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, and related courses. MS Office, capable of make analyses in Excel, Power Point presentations.- Desired: MBA or similar.**Experience**:- Required: 3+ Years of Sales experience. Desired: Previous experience in Tire and/or Retail Market.**Knowledge**:- Sales and Marketing skills.- Target focused and planning development.- Business acumen.- Teamwork skills.- Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
