As a **Junior Demand Planner**, you will be responsible for leading the demand forecasting process across multiple clients and channels. Your ability to analyze data, align with operations, and drive forecast accuracy will directly impact inventory efficiency and customer satisfaction.**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead demand forecasting and inventory planning for B2B, DTC and omni-channel clients.- Analyze historical sales data, seasonality, marketing input, and promotions to generate accurate demand plans.- Collaborate with 3PL operations, procurement, and commercial teams to align forecasts with fulfillment and distribution capabilities.- Improve forecast accuracy through root cause analysis, tracking KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, OTIF, Fill Rate, and Inventory Turnover.- Facilitate and lead monthly S&OP meetings with stakeholders.- Serve as a key point of contact for clients regarding planning performance and forecast alignment.- Develop dashboards and analytics reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.- Mentor and support junior planners and cross-functional team members.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.- 2 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain roles, ideally within 3PL, e-commerce, or warehouse environments.- Proficient in ERP and forecasting tools (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar).- Strong analytical and communication skills.- Intermediate Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables) and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).- Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong plus.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $7,900.00 - $9,800.00 a la semanaBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horas- Turno matutinoLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
