At Vestas, the Finance Supervisor for Mexico and Central America / Caribbean plays an important role within our LATAM Finance organization, which ensures accurate, compliant, and value-driven financials across the region. You will lead a team responsible for financial reporting, statutory compliance, and internal controls under IFRS and local GAAP, supporting both day-to-day operations and the company's long-term regional strategy. As part of an international environment, you’ll act as a trusted business partner to regional and global stakeholders—ensuring process excellence, forecast accuracy, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Responsible for monthly closing process, review account reconciliations and deliver in a timely manner with support from external consultants. Provide accounting guidance and tax guidance to the business and finance business partners. Responsible for monthly and annual accounting and tax requirements, including annual tax return, VAT and withholding tax fillings and local tax obligations and annual external audit. Coordinate with Transfer price team intercompany reconciliations. Coordinate cash position within the countries of your responsibility aligning with global guidelines and policies and local requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, whit solid advanced accounting topics knowledge. Fluent English and Spanish skills. Experience in elaborating financial statements and audit processes. Solid corporate tax experience in Central America is valued. Experience working with SAP and BPC. Competencies Effective communication skills, able to collaborate with other teams in the region. Organized and accountable, with an engaged attitude and a solution‑driven mindset. Highly organized. Team member focused on advancing improvements and expanding skill set.
