Lead Quality Sys Specialist

What's the role?:- Leads a structured approach to reduce Quality Risk in the Americas- Identifies opportunities for improvement in the Platform Foundations Quality processes; unites HERE process performance & industry standard frameworks to drive prevention of Customer issues- Applies output of internal Risk Assessment activities as input to the Continuous Improvement team and assists with prioritization and execution of formal improvement projects in the Americas- Accountable to deliver a measurable reduction in Quality Risk in the AmericasWho are you?:**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree (Software/Computer Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Geosciences, Management) and work experience (5+ years) in a software quality or risk management role- Experience with software development methods (e.g., Agile) and a software continuous improvement framework (e.g., CMMI, A-SPICE) required- Solid understanding of ISO 26262 & comprehensive knowledge of risk analysis, safety assessment, and FMEA- 3-5 years of experience in working with Quality Management Systems according to ISO 9001 and/or ISO/TS 16949- Six Sigma Green Belt Certified with experience executing and coaching projects based on Six Sigma- Experience in Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing techniques (i.e., 5s, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) highly desirable- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to lead and motivate team members in a multi-cultural environment- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills- Ability to interact effectively with both managerial and operational levels- Highly computer literate (MS Office, Visio, Project, etc.)HERE is an equal opportunity employer.
