You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our software solutions meet the highest quality standards.**Key Responsibilities**:- Design and implement quality assurance processes for manual testing.- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.- Communicate effectively with development and product teams to clarify requirements and provide feedback.**Essential Qualifications**:- Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role in software development.- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and quality improvements.- Excellent communication skills in English.**Why Join Us?**:**Contract**: Long-term relationship desired with an indefinite contract, just like being part of our family.**Professional Growth**: Create your own path for professional development with our array of learning tools and resources to close gaps and enhance your skills.
