**Location**: Libramiento Noreste Km 33.5, Colonia Nueva Castilla, General Escobedo, Nuevo Leon 66052 Mexico**Salary**: $7,000 MXN**Work hours**: 8:00am a 1:00pm (L-V)**OVERVIEW**:Mexico Supply Chain team is expanding and we are looking for a new member, we have a part time position available based in NL100. Working as Part-Time Supply Chain Specialist you will provide service to Mexican branches, on a daily basis, processing their sold request forwarded to purchase; also will provide accurate information in regards estimated date of arrival. To perform this role successfully, you must have attention to details and sense of urgency.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:- Process sold request forwarding to purchasing for local vendors- Follow up past due PO’s- Maintain sold request tracker- Assisting with projects as need it**REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS**:The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:- Prior administrative, customer service, or supply chain experience OR industry experience and product knowledge- Valid Visa and passport- Excellent written and oral communication skills- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite- Possess strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency- Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities- Ability to analyze and derive meaningful summaries from large data sets- Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills- Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment- Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork**PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS**:- Possess or are working towards a degree in one of the following areas: Supply Chain, Administration, Engineer or a related Business field.**ABOUT US**:Since 1967 Fastenal has grown from a single store to over 3,000 locations, each providing tailored local inventory and personal service for our customers.
