In this role, as the **Concept Shop Buyer you will be in charge of a global sub-commodity panel of suppliers (electromechanical components for turbocharger products) **and support and execute our supplier development strategy in order to achieve yearly saving targets.**Your role**- Supports sub-commodity strategy activities on his assigned scope under the supervision of the Commodity Manager:- Build Supplier Panel for the Worldwide/Regions operational requirements (project & production)- Ensure commercial & industrial market expertise of the Sub-Commodity- Become the SAM (Supplier Account Manager) for the assigned suppliers- Leads new supplier integration process in the Panel: performs supplier prospection, supplier assessments (CSA), supplier development- Conducts negotiations with assigned suppliers- Support new product launches in coordination with New Product Introduction team.- Manage advance purchase for his commodity- Manage performance for assigned suppliers: review monthly metrics, leads supplier performance reviews and fosters improvement of supplier’s performance- Leads supplier development projects with the support of SQ&D**Your profile**- Previous experience in automotive environment or similar ideally in Electro - Mechanic environment, in a similar role- Experience with MRP, SAP, or ERP environment and culture- Experience in engineering or production and process techniques such as lean and continuous development
