Location: Remote (Work from Home) About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Mexico Country Manager to drive Ulanzi’s growth in the Mexican market. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances to position our brand effectively. The successful candidate will develop product strategies, marketing plans, and manage cross-functional resources to ensure Ulanzi’s sustained competitive edge and market leadership. Key Responsibilities: 1. Market Analysis and Strategy Development Conduct in-depth market research, analyze consumer behavior, and identify cultural trends to develop long-term growth strategies. Establish localized brand positioning to create a differentiated competitive advantage. 2. Brand Management and Growth Lead the full lifecycle of brand operations, including product planning, pricing, channel strategy, and marketing campaigns. Develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, including product launches and regional marketing initiatives. Optimize online and offline channel operations to enhance brand visibility, user engagement, and conversion rates. 3. Resource Integration and Team Collaboration Build and manage a localized team, coordinating resources with headquarters (e.g., supply chain, design, and digital teams). Develop and maintain relationships with local KOLs, media outlets, distributors, and industry partners. 4. Data-Driven Decision Making Monitor sales data, market feedback, and competitive dynamics to quickly adapt strategies and meet GMV, market share, and profitability targets. Establish brand health assessment metrics and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights. 5. Cross-Cultural Communication Ensure brand messaging aligns with local cultural nuances to mitigate risks and resonate with the target audience. Qualifications: 1. Educational Background Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields. 2. Work Experience At least 5 years of experience managing brand operations, preferably in FMCG, fashion, technology, or e-commerce. Proven success in building or scaling a brand from scratch with strong performance metrics. Familiarity with local channels such as Amazon, Mercado Libre, TikTok Shop, and offline retail. 3. Core Competencies Deep consumer insight and expertise in cross-cultural content creation and distribution. Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and digital marketing (SEO/SEM, social media). Strong business acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage budgets and optimize ROI. Fluency in English and Spanish, with experience managing international teams. Why Join Ulanzi?
