In Son en Breugel worden projecten uitgewerkt van de eerste ontwerpfase tot en met de oplevering van productielocaties en installatiehuizen. De werkzaamheden omvatten zowel procesontwerp als het opstellen van lay-outs, 3D-ontwerpen, schema's en technische berekeningen. Het team werkt in multidisciplinaire samenstellingen en begeleidt klanten bij het bepalen van eisen, het beoordelen van technische haalbaarheid en het kiezen van kostenefficiënte oplossingen. De functie van Lead Process Engineer biedt ruime mogelijkheden om een leidende rol te nemen binnen de processafdeling en om medior en junior engineers te coachen, te ontwikkelen en aan te sturen. De samenwerking met andere technische disciplines en het klantcontact in de regio Brabant en Limburg zijn belangrijke onderdelen van de functie. Solliciteer dan direct Dit vind je leuk om te doen Functie-inhoud Als Lead Process Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het concretiseren van klantvragen en het vormgeven van procestechnische oplossingen. Als Lead Process Engineer vertaal je eisen en wensen naar deliverables en maak je technische berekeningen, schema's en equipmentlijsten. Je stuurt een team van medior en junior engineers aan en verdeelt werkzaamheden om projecten efficiënt te realiseren. Je maakt 3D-ontwerpen en lay-out tekeningen en controleert datasheets en (werk)tekeningen. Je voert afstemmings- en voortgangsoverleg met lead engineers van andere disciplines en presenteert alternatieve oplossingen en kosten-batenanalyses aan klanten. Hier herken jij jezelf in Functie-eisen HBO of WO opleiding in Procestechniek of Werktuigbouwkunde afgerond. Enkele jaren relevante ervaring in een procestechnische functie, bij voorkeur binnen de procesindustrie of maakindustrie. Aantoonbare ervaring met het aansturen van medior en junior engineers binnen multidisciplinaire projecten. Sterke communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden; je bent vaardig in Nederlands en Engels. Ervaring met het opstellen van schema's, technische berekeningen, lay-outs, equipmentlijsten en datasheets. Analytisch vermogen en besluitvaardigheid bij het toetsen van technische haalbaarheid en het opstellen van kosten-batenanalyses.
