Job Summary As a Senior Finance Analyst , you will play a critical role in strengthening financial governance, improving control frameworks, and delivering insightful analysis for our US and Canadian entities. Reporting to the Finance Director USA, you will help ensure financial accuracy, transparency, and compliance across all areas—supporting strategic decision-making and protecting business value through robust controls and high‑quality reporting. Key Responsibilities Conduct analytical financial statement reviews to identify risks, opportunities, and performance trends across balance sheet and P&L accounts. Monitor, document, and report monthly COSO controls to guarantee compliance and strong governance. Lead the tracking and management of fixed assets, ensuring accurate monthly reporting. Manage key monthly accruals to ensure timely, accurate postings and reduce financial risk. Perform analysis on accounts receivable aging and deferred revenue accounts, supporting cash flow optimization. Ensure all month-end closing activities are completed accurately and on schedule. Support external financial and tax audits with high-quality documentation and analytical insights. Required Skills Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities, with a hands‑on problem‑solving approach. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-regional stakeholders. Solid understanding of financial controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, global organization. Proactive, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven mindset. Required Tech Skills Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong systems skills overall. Experience with SAP ; HFM is a plus. Ability to work with data visualization or reporting tools is considered an advantage (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Strong command of PowerPoint for executive-level reporting and storytelling. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (Master’s or certifications like CPA/CMA are a plus). Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or financial operations. Experience supporting multi-entity, multi-country financial structures preferred.
