Where no two days are the same.Your role:- You will participate in the development of automated mobile heavy equipment that removes humans from the dull, dirty, and dangerous jobs- Create and manage CAD models and drawings, including importing, simplifying, and documenting designs.- Develop CAD models of existing hardware to support integration and improvement.- Collaborate with product owners to define requirements and ensure designs meet performance, safety, and usability goals.- Coordinate design efforts with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.- Validate component and subsystem designs through prototyping and testing.- Provide technical input to support the creation of assembly documentation, operator manuals, and maintenance guides.- Partner with vendors and suppliers during hardware builds to ensure design intent is met.- Drive the development, review, and implementation of safety requirements across systems.Your Profile:- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master’s a plus).- **2-4 years of experience in Mechanical Design**, automation, robotics, or related areas (internships count).- **Proficiency in SolidWorks**for modeling and drawing creation.- Basic understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing methods.- Basic understanding of **GD&T**- Hands-on experience with prototyping, testing, or hardware builds preferred.- Basic understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems- Basic understanding of **Stress/strain (FEA)**and vibration analysis- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.- **Advanced English**Communication.What you´ll love about working here:- Excellent compensation and benefits- Flexibility and balance with your personal and professional life.- Career path, trainings and real growth opportunities- Engaging and challenging projects.- Inclusive and Collaborative Culture- Open and Effective management.Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
