Como parte de este rol, proporcionarás soporte técnico de alta calidad a equipos internos y clientes externos. Serás una parte esencial del crecimiento y éxito de la empresa, apoyándonos con soluciones precisas a problemas y un excelente servicio al cliente.**Responsabilidades del Puesto**:- Proporcionar soporte al cliente de manera rápida y precisa por teléfono, correo electrónico o chat.- Resolver problemas técnicos de diversos grados (software, hardware, problemas de red).- Realizar visitas en sitio según sea necesario para mantenimiento y resolución de problemas de equipos.- Mantener un registro organizado de todas las interacciones con clientes y problemas técnicos.- Trabajar como parte de un equipo de soporte para asegurar soluciones efectivas y aumentar la satisfacción del cliente.**Calificaciones Deseadas**:- Título en Ingeniería o equivalente es requerido.- Experiência en soporte al cliente y resolución de problemas.- Fuertes habilidades de diagnóstico y resolución de problemas.- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita- Experiência en bases de datos relacionales SQL y PostgreSQL- Experiência comprobable en el uso de sistemas Operativos Windows y Linux (Ubuntu preferentemente)- Conocimiento y experiência previa en desarrollo de software**Deseables**:- Conocimiento previo o experiência con productos de Hexagon.- Experiência deseable en sector minero ( preferiblemente subterraneo)- Conocimiento de los lenguajes de programacion Ruby, Objective C, Bash y Typescript.- Conocimiento de la industria minera, sus equipos y sistemas de software.- Experiência trabajando con equipos globales y multilingües.- Capacidad para trabajar en horarios/días de trabajo flexibles y rotación turnos de día y noche según los requerimientos de la empresa.- Altamente motivado y dirigido, con capacidad para priorizar y ejecutar tareas de manera efectiva.- Dominio de idioma Ingles
