Job details**Employment Type**:Full-Time**Location**:Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico**Job Category**:Information Systems**Job Number**:WD **Job Description**:We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Security and Compliance Consultant to join our team. This role includes User Access Provisioning, ensuring compliance with SOX IT General Controls and relevant compliance laws and regulations, and supporting deployments and performing Monthly IT Control validations within the Oracle Fusion environment.**Key Responsibilities**:Manage user access provisioning and de-provisioning processes in Oracle Fusion, ensuring compliance with company policies and security standards.Collaborate with internal and external auditors to provide the requested data and evidence and address any identified issues that require remediation.Assist in the deployment of Oracle Fusion solutions, ensuring that security and compliance measures are integrated into the processSupport quarterly upgrades by reviewing security configurations, validating compliance with ITGC, and conducting user acceptance testing.Develop and maintain documentation related to user access, compliance procedures, and security controls.Provide regular reports on user access status, compliance metrics, and audit findings to management.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and business**Required Skills**:Bachelor ‘s degree in engineering or Information Systems or equivalent5+ years of overall experience within Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS ERPsStrong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify security risks and compliance gaps**Preferred Skills**:Oracle Cloud certifications.Experience with Agile methodologies.Knowledge of additional Oracle modules.JCI is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any protected categories.
