Job SummaryThe Global QMS & CI Specialist will be responsible for supporting the standardization of the quality management system across all IFF sites, enhancing product quality consistency, and harmonizing various systems into a single cohesive process. Ensuring consistency in document control across all stages of the QMS. Understanding and managing the interrelation of these stages to achieve intended results effectively and efficiently, in line with our corporation's policy and strategy. The inputs of the IFF system will include customer requirements, regulations, standards, and the organizational context, ensuring that quality supports the IFF strategy holistically. The outputs will be customer satisfaction/needs, compliance with regulations and specifications, and the results of our QMS (KPIs).Activities:- Accountable for supporting the standardization of the quality management system across all IFF sites, enhancing product quality consistency, and harmonizing various systems into a single cohesive process. Ensuring consistency in document control across all stages of the QMS. Understanding and managing the interrelation of these stages to achieve intended results effectively and efficiently, in line with our corporation's policy and strategy.- Accountable for supporting the creation and maintenance of a process flow to incorporate customer requirements, regulations, standards, and the organizational context into the IFF system to ensure holistic support of the IFF strategy.- Accountable for supporting the internal audit program for IFF, tracking and trending Global Product Quality Systems adherence by performing global on-site audits and evaluating self-assessment audits for all manufacturing facilities.- Accountable for supporting data and trending analysis from Quality QMS KPIs, such as High Risk, Customer Complaints, Quality Programs, and others.- Supporting the team in developing any necessary training.We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
