**Accountant for Tech Support (Hybrid 3 days a week in the office)****Location: Mexico City, Mexico.**This position requires a genuine interest in business processes and IT, as well as working collaboratively to solve business problems. Driven and result oriented personality with excellent communication skills.Doer with strong analytical skills and a passion to learn and grow. This position involves simple customer requests at a functional level.**A Day in The Life Typically Includes**:- They serve as the first point of contact for On Premise, Single Tenant, and Multi-Tenant cloud customers.- They learn about Infor products and services and keep up to date with changes to be able to effectively manage and respond to customer enquiries.- They work across departments within Infor to ensure appropriate and timely resolution of service desk tickets.- They are responsible for helping to build excellent customer relationships.- Solve common problems such as username and passwords issues, menu navigation, verification of hardware and software, installation issues, and setup.- They participate in internal and external audits.**Required skills**:- To hold a bachelor’s degree within Business, Finance, or Supply Chain.- Full proficiency in English.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Ability to work remotely in a global environment.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Bebidas gratis- Estacionamiento gratuito- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Trabajar desde casa- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensa- Vales de restauranteLugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 11000, Ciudad de México, CDMX
