We are a German Freight Forwarder company with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Find your talent with us**Main Responsibilities**:- Responsible for securing revenues by verifying and posting receipts, resolving discrepancies and by performing the following duties.- Helps resolves problems with Account Receivables (A/R) and Account Payables (A/P).- Maintains all foreign customers and vendors.- Posts customer payments.- Oversees customer account reconciliation.- Communicates with customers and operations to resolve invoice issues on a daily basis.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.- One year related experience.- **Advanced English proficiency (will work directly with USA)**:- Experience with accounting software.**We offer**:- Base salary- Superior benefits- Hybrid work arrangementTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Caja de ahorro- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaIdioma:- Inglés fluido (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
