We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade Java and cloud-based applications. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across on-premises and cloud environments, while supporting modernization and migration initiatives. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Java (J2EE) and web applications end-to-end in on-premises and cloud environments. • Support the design, testing, deployment, and maintenance of scalable, high-availability applications. • Drive continuous improvements in application reliability, performance, and user experience by adopting modern tools, technologies, and engineering practices. • Ensure compliance with application engineering standards and security guidelines. • Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Project Managers, Architects, and business stakeholders to define technical deliverables and milestones. • Collaborate with onshore, nearshore, and offshore team members within a POD-based delivery model to support platform-wide applications. • Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices to ensure code quality, consistency, and maintainability. • Support on-prem CRM API platforms and contribute to migration initiatives to cloud-based platforms. • Support on-prem MDM platforms and assist with cloud migration efforts. • Develop, maintain, and support existing SOAP and RESTful APIs. • Support data integrations between CRM API platforms and external systems. • Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines, including migration to cloud-based CI/CD solutions for automated builds, deployments, and monitoring. Experience and Qualifications • 7+ years of software development experience, particularly with Java. • Experience with front-end development in large-scale enterprise Java applications. • English level B2 or above is required. • Hands-on cloud application development experience on AWS , including EKS, ECS, EC2, Lambda, S3, IAM, and API Gateway. • Hands-on experience with Azure application development is a plus. • Experience developing and supporting Kubernetes-based applications and APIs. • Strong experience with enterprise J2EE platforms and design patterns, including SOAP and REST web services. • Strong full-stack development skills, including Java design, coding, testing, and debugging. • Strong SQL knowledge with experience in NoSQL and LowSQL platforms such as Snowflake, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Aurora DB, and DB2. • Experience with Spring Framework, JMS, DOJO, AJAX, Hibernate, JUnit, Struts, XML/JSON, Git or Subversion, JBoss, and Tomcat. • Demonstrated ability to design reusable components leveraged across multiple applications. • Experience reviewing application logs and performing root cause analysis. • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities. • Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills • Familiarity with Informatica ETL and MDM solutions. • Cloud Developer certification, preferably AWS. • Python certification is a plus. • Java certification is a plus. Education • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Why Join Us?
