About DMI:About the Opportunity:DMI, LLC is seeking a **Senior Backend Developer ABAP **to join us. This resource is required to be located in Monterrey, Mexico.**Duties and** Responsibilities**:- Ability to co-ordinate and interact with multiple teams including the SAP Functional teams- Ability to help resolve complex technical issues and independently manage critical/complex situations.- Ability to write and validate the technical specification and user manual documents.- Assist initial testing of problem fixes, change request, enhancements, and new functionality.- Work with SAP to resolve software bugs.- Perform break/fix analysis and recommend solutions for logistics related processes.- Develops technical specifications and works with BASIS and functional experts to complete object development and testing during SPDD and SPAU phases.Qualifications:**Required and Desired Skills/Certifications**:- 5+ years of experience in ABAP mostly with the modules SD, MM, FI, PP, PM, CRM & SRM.- 3 to 5 years of experience in Workflow, Enhancement frameworks, webdynpro abap and Data Conversions.- Should have strong hands-on knowledge in ABAP technologies viz. Interactive Reporting, Dialog Programming, BAPI, RFC, SAP Scripts, Smartforms, ALE/IDocs, Interface Programming, BDC.- 2+ years Experience working in SAP Hana at least SPS07**Additional Requirements**:- Fluency in English- University degree Additional Comments- Knowledge of programming for SAP Hana at least SPS07- Good knowledge of Eclipse tools for abap and Good knowledge of the SAP enhancement framework infrastructure- Good management of SQL Monitor, Abap Test Cockpit and Abap code inspector- Updated SQL skills oriented to SAP Hana and performance related adaptations for SAP Hana- Workbench, Data Dictionary, Report Programming, Web dynpro abap, Data Conversions (BDC/LSMW), Screen Programming, Smartforms, Enhancements & Modifications- ALE/IDOC, Solution Manager for documentation maintenance, Strong debugging skills, Performance Tuning- Hybrid role- Intermediate English level- Hard Skills: SAP ABAP, SAP Developer, SAP EC- Soft Skills: Integrity, Problem Solving, Resilience & Adaptability, Teamwork & Collaboration, Time Management Resource Description SAP ABAP Developer**Min Citizenship Status Required**: Must be a **Mexico National****Physical Requirements**: No Physical requirement needed for this position**.****Location: Hybrid, Monterrey Mexico**LI-HP1**Working at DMI**DMI is a diverse, prosperous, and rewarding place to work.
