At Wonderful Citrus, we are looking for an **FP&A Leader** to work closely with the Financial Planning & Analysis team, providing key financial analysis, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role is crucial for ensuring accuracy in reports and presentations to senior management, as well as driving improvements in margins and profitability.**Responsibilities**:- Prepare and distribute standard and customized management reports for internal use.- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure overall business performance. Analyze trends and expense projections, identifying opportunities and risks.- Utilize analytical tools to develop reports, charts, and dashboards.- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial analysis, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.- Consolidate budgets, P&L, and long-term forecasts.- Present financial information clearly and strategically to all levels of the organization.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Agri-business, or related fields.- 2 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or related areas.- Advanced English proficiency.- Experience in agriculture, food production, or consumer goods is a plus.- Strong analytical and communication skills.- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Knowledge of accounting systems and ERP (Oracle is a plus).- Availability to travel 30% of time.- Valid U.S. visa required.**What We Offer**:- $30,000 - 35,000 MXN gross per month- Benefits above the law.**Office Location**: Micropolis, Garza Sada.**Wonderful Citrus**, part of The Wonderful Company, is the largest grower, distributor, and packer of fresh citrus in the U.S., producing clementines, oranges, lemons, limes, and more.
