Our founders and team members have industry experience and have held senior positions in a wide variety of companies - from emerging startups to large Fortune 50 firms - and we have taken our combined experiences and developed a unique approach that is supported by the principles of deep expertise, integrity, transparency, and dependability.**The Role**:**Responsibilities**:- Develop and maintain user-facing features with clean, reusable, and maintainable code- Collaborate with the design team to ensure pixel-perfect UI and a smooth and intuitive user experience- Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability- Optimize for speed, scalability, and performance- Review code and provide technical feedback to team members- Mentor and coach less experienced engineers on the team- Help define standards and best practices on your team for testing, software delivery, observability, and so on- Attend critical team meetings like stand up and sprint planning- Write technical documentation- Implement improvements to development processes- Debug and resolve issues in production- Advocate for new technology and design patterns where you believe they can help power the business- Work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality user experiences aligned with business goals- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in frontend development and explore new technologies- Collaborate with engineering leads to design scalable, maintainable, and performant frontend solutions**Qualifications**:- Expert understanding of the JavaScript ecosystem; specifically around testing frameworks, React, and TypeScript- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and implementing responsive designs- Strong communication skills and experience working in a collaborative, Agile environment**Nice to have**:**What we offer**:- Remote Work Opportunities- Flexible Work Hours- Professional Development Opportunities
