About the PositionWe are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who is interested in joining a highly dynamicand creative development team. Our client's SaaS software offering is a healthcare-specificMaster Data Management (hMDM) platform that provides our customers with a completeand trusted 360-degree view of their patients, consumers, and providers. This technicalsoftware development position is focused on enhancing an established product based onclient needs. This position reports to a respectively assigned manager within the ITDepartment.Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate in the design and development of Veratos Software as a Service offering.Work effectively within an Agile framework to deliver new capabilities.Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle: Design of newcomponents, New feature development, Test Automation, Performance and Scalabilitytuning, Issue Troubleshooting, SW Maintenance, Usage and improvement of the CI/CDInfrastructure, Integration of new services with the DevOps infrastructure, etc.Help improve the development processes as well as the automation and operationalprocedures required to deliver a world-class, industrial-strength, commercial SaaSoffering.Mentor junior team members in the Software Engineering discipline and best practices.Help improve the development processes as well as the automation and operationalprocedures required to deliver a world-class, industrial-strength, feature-rich, and highlyusable, commercial SaaS offering.Build Relationships and Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Develop andmaintain a high level of trust and respect with our customer base, internal andexternal.
