As a key executive, you will drive the company's digital initiatives, enhance consumer engagement, and strengthen our competitive edge in the market. Key Responsibilities Define and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business goals, identifying opportunities to leverage digital technologies for growth and operational efficiency. Lead the adoption of digital tools and platforms across all business functions, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration to drive digital excellence. Enhance consumer experience through digital channels, personalized marketing, and innovative engagement strategies while utilizing data-driven insights to refine customer interactions and improve brand loyalty. Oversee the integration of cutting-edge technologies, such as AI, machine learning, and IoT, into business operations, partnering with IT and other departments to ensure seamless technology implementation. Develop and oversee strategies for effective data collection, analysis, and utilization, driving informed decision-making through actionable insights. Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, sales, and IT teams to align digital efforts across the organization and act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership regarding digital initiatives. Build and mentor a high-performing digital team, encouraging professional growth and creativity within the department. Qualifications Proven experience in a senior leadership role, driving digital transformation in consumer-focused industries. Expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce, data analytics, and emerging technologies. Strong understanding of the LATAM consumer market and its unique dynamics.
