With a global reach spanning two dozen languages, we build Voice AI products with conversational intelligence for cars, restaurant ordering, and more, allowing our customers to extend their brand in new and meaningful ways.We are looking for a Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer to provide infrastructure monitoring through world-class IT services utilizing both on-premise and cloud technologies. We power platform stability through constant monitoring and fine-tuning. You will be part of a 24/7/365 team focused on monitoring, alert response, triage, and ownership of system platform issues. This is a unique opportunity to support our global partner with world-class infrastructure.This role is based in Guadalajara. You will join a small team of NOC Engineers and Site Reliability Engineers located in Guadalajara who work closely with colleagues in the United States and Canada.**In this role, you will**:- Respond to alerts/alarms according to our runbooks, KB articles, and SOPs- Analyze systems, network, security monitoring and fine-tune alerts/alarms accordingly- Develop, maintain, and improve operational documentation- Proactively track and report issues across multiple departments both internally and externally with our partners and vendor- Assist with change management (Scheduling, Approval, Communication)**We would love to hear from you if**:- You have 5+ years of experience with full-stack monitoring and incident management- You possess a strong team-first disposition with strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills- You have high attention to detail, reliable follow-up, and the ability to prioritize quickly under potentially stressful situationsWe would be especially excited if you have basic scripting in Bash or Perl and or project management skillsHere at SoundHound, diversity, equity, and inclusion are key to who we are as a company.
