This position is a key leadership role within our Logistics Operations division, dedicated to ensuring seamless and optimized supply chain processes. About the RoleAs a Logistics Operations Manager, you will lead and coordinate warehouse operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. You will be responsible for managing teams, streamlining workflows, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to meet and exceed operational goals. Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily warehouse and logistics operations to achieve productivity, quality, and safety targets.Manage and develop a diverse team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.Implement and monitor operational processes to optimize inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and shipment timelines.Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure effective coordination of inbound and outbound logistics activities.Analyze operational data and metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices.Drive the adoption of new technologies and systems to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.Manage resources, including labor, equipment, and space, to optimize cost-effectiveness without compromising quality. Qualifications and ExperienceProven experience in warehouse or logistics operations management, preferably within contract logistics or a similar industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience implementing process improvements.Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control software, and supply chain technologies.Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance standards.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
