**Position Overview**:The PAH Product Manager will be responsible for the operational execution and tactical planning of marketing strategies ensuring its successful commercialization in the Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) market. This role requires strong project management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a data-driven mindset to deliver impactful marketing initiatives. The Product Manager will focus on multichannel campaign execution, market analysis, event coordination, and continuous medical education programs to engage healthcare professionals and drive product adoption.**Key Responsibilities**:- Strategic and Tactical Planning:- Develop and execute the annual marketing plan, aligning with business objectives and adapting to evolving market needs.- Ensure strategic alignment of all tactical activities, focusing on product positioning, messaging, and brand consistency.- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, leveraging insights from sales data, market research, and competitive analysis.- Multichannel Campaign Management:- Design and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and in-person activities.- Collaborate with external agencies for the development of promotional materials and ensure high-quality execution aligned with brand guidelines.- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize strategies based on performance metrics.- Event Coordination & Continuous Medical Education- Plan, coordinate, and execute national and regional medical events and congresses, ensuring the product’s key messages reach healthcare professionals.- Develop and manage Continous Medical Education programs in collaboration with Medical Affairs, focusing on disease awareness, clinical updates, and treatment innovations in PAH.- Identify and engage key opinion leaders (Key Opinion Leader´s) to participate as speakers in educational sessions and advisory boards.- Ensure Contonous Medical Education activities meet educational objectives and are aligned with clinical practice guidelines and market trends.- Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with internal teams (Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Medical Governance, and Field Teams) to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.- Support the field team by providing relevant training and materials, ensuring they have the tools needed to engage effectively with stakeholders.- Collaborate with Market Access to align on reimbursement strategies and payer engagement initiatives.- Market Analysis & Business Intelligence- Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis, identifying trends, unmet needs, and opportunities for growth and set challenging-reachable sales.- Monitor product performance, sales data, and stakeholder feedback to inform and adjust marketing strategies as needed.- Provide market insights and actionable recommendations to the leadership team for strategic planning.- Financial Patient Program (FPP) preparation/operation- In collaboration with the Medical area, participate in the training of the FPP team.- Maintain close communication with the FPP coordinator and ensure that their KPIs are aligned with patient and business needs and goals.- Provide the FPP team with educational material that encourages early diagnosis, timely treatment and adherence to it.- Operational & Budget Management- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and compliance with company policies.- Oversee the planning and execution of marketing projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, preferably in specialty care or rare diseases.- Experience in Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) or related therapeutic areas is preferred.- Proven track record in developing and executing operational marketing plans and managing multichannel campaigns.- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.- Experience in event coordination, continuous medical education, and stakeholder engagement.- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.**Key Competencies**:- Project Management: Capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality results on time.- Strategic Thinking with Operational Focus: Ability to align tactical activities with long-term business goals.- Collaboration and Influence: Skilled in building relationships across teams and with external stakeholders.- Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.- Adaptability and Agility: Flexible and responsive to
