**What you will do**:Responsible to assure a word class p e r formance of all the e quipment & safety devices used in JCI. Supervise directly the Maintenance Technicians & Indirect workers assigned to the maintenance department, follow a Total Productive Maintenance Program ( including Preventive, Predictive an Autonomous Maintenance methodologies), S upport Efficiency teams on the shop floor, us of CI tools such as SMED workshops, Kaizen, 8D analysis, MCC etc & manage the spare parts warehouse. Develop the annual maintenance operating budget and control the maintenance expenses during the year. Develop overall equipment availability improvement projects to reduce down time in all critical machines. Develop cost reduction projects across all maintenance process es in the factory and monitory the key metrics.**How you will do it**:- Implement a Total Pr even tive Maintenance Program- Implement an Autonomous Maintenance Program- Schedule & Review Predictive Maintenance Program- Training of Shop floor workers around TPM and Autonomous maintenance Methodologies- Schedule Preventive Maintenance Program using the Maximo Software- Responsible for the annual Maintenance budget.- Schedule SMED and Machine Improvement Workshop s for Critical Equipment- Responsible to eliminate down time for critical machines & equipment- Support M anufacturing Improvements and CI projects, as they are implemented on the shop floor.- Attaint all the GMOC principles direct and indirect actions.- Manage & control the spare part s warehouse including the quotation, requisition and storage process. Parts will be classified according to the machine to which they belong.- Coach, develop and evaluate Maintenance Engineers, Mechanical & Electrical Technicians.- (The maintenance team will have over 15 people reporting to the Maintenance Coordinator)- Participate in the Safety subcommittee’s- Participate in the Safe Track program as Trainer & Auditor- Participate in the ISO audits.- Participate in the 5 S’s, JCMS, Safety and Red Tags audits.- Will support the fix assets management and cycle count system guided by the Plant Controller.- Participate in Continuous Improvement projects related to the Maintenance department.- EHS Committee Participation- Member of Safety observation program- Involve EHS area prior to implantation of new and modified materials or processes.- Define, implement and disseminate health and safety policy at work and the environmental policy in your area.- Contribute to compliance (as applicable) objectives and targets for safety, health and environment.- Participate in the review of the system.- Provide resources for the implementation of the system.- Participate in Training programming system.- Provide specific training to different functions for the proper functioning of the EHS Management System.**What we look for**:- B achelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering- 10 years of progressive experience in refrigeration, machines and tools, electronic s and electricity, and statistic control- T wo or more years of direct project management experience. P rofessional recognition and in dus try networking are desired.- English language proficiency is required.- A ble to lead and direct diverse teams.- Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices is desired;- S trong p ersonal c omputer working capabilities in MS Office Suite is also required.- Maintenance work happens during nights and weekends and the person needs to be available at those times.
