Logramos el crecimiento a través del desarrollo de nuevos productos y servicios innovadores, que incluyen iluminación, controles de iluminación, soluciones de gestión de edificios y aplicaciones con reconocimiento de ubicación.**Job Summary**:The Sr. Manager, Environment, Health, & Safety, (EHS) will provide leadership for the implementation of EHS standards & procedures, expert technical assistance on EHS issues and will partner with functional leadership on compliance, project management, reporting matters and related EHS management issues. This role will actively participate on the site leadership team in the areas of planning, EHS governance, auditing, management systems, best practice sharing, compliance initiatives and governmental/regulatory reporting. Primary purpose of this position is to grow the safety culture to achieve world class EHS performance.**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:- Lead and coordinator of Environmental program in order to offer a procedures according with environmental regulations- Coordination, maintain, modify and up grade our EHS compliance matrix for environmental matters. At the same time identify and solve environmental violations- Promoter of our safety culture in Acuity brands..- Participates and follow up in internal, external or compliance MPF audits- Lead, participate and follow up in all incidents investigations related with any environmental impact (root cause analysis) and propose corrective actions- Work with emergency response team to address environmental incidents such as chemical leaks and spills- Participation in MOC (management of changes) procces for new projects- Coordinate environmental projects or improvements in MPF process- Leader government calendar compliance- Educate and coach employees on sustainability best practices, including proper waste disposal, energy conservation techniques, safe handling of hazardous materials, and other environmentally friendly behaviors.- Promoter and model of our values acuity brands- Leader of any change or initiative to comply with safety and environmental regulations and prevent risks to create a healthy, safe and sustainable workplace.**Preferred Skills and Experience**:- 8 years of experience in the manufacturing industry as EHS leader- Advanced English level- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Master's degree desirable**Utilizamos la tecnología para resolver problemas en espacios, luz y más cosas por venir... para nuestros clientes, nuestras comunidades y nuestro planeta.
