**Your Job****Our Team**Koch Global Solutions (KGS) has an exciting opportunity to be part of building out a brand new LATAM Payroll shared services team in Guadalajara, Jalisco Join the team early and be part of growing and building out leveraged payroll capabilities that will support all Koch Industries employees in the region.**What You Will Do**- Managing processes related to IMSS and Infonavit.- Preparing and presenting IMSS and Infonavit reports, ensuring compliance with current regulations.- Calculating and filing the Work Risk Premium.- Handling procedures and audits before IMSS and Infonavit, ensuring accuracy and compliance.- Supporting payroll administration, with accurate calculations of salaries, benefits, ISR, and other employee benefits.- Ensuring compliance with social security obligations.- Collaborating with other departments to address internal and external audits related to social security.- Clarifying and following up on special requirements and processes.- Calculating final settlements.- Managing the savings fund (through a third party).**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**- Great attention to detail: Ability to identify errors and ensure accuracy in calculations and procedures.- Advanced/Intermediate Excel skills: Proficiency in using tools like pivot tables and advanced formulas.- Knowledge of payroll calculations, taxes, and benefits: Experience in payroll processes, including ISR, IMSS, and the Savings Fund.- Experience processing complex and high-volume payrolls (DESIRABLE): Ideally in large-scale organizations.- Knowledge of federal labor and social security laws: Deep understanding of the Federal Labor Law and IMSS and Infonavit regulations.- High sense of urgency and responsibility: Commitment to achieving objectives in a timely manner.- Experience with MS Office and database analysis: Proficiency in tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and data analysis in databases.- Team collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team with high standards of responsibility and accountability.- Proficiency in English language.**What Will Put You Ahead**- Experience in presenting IMSS and Infonavit reports.- Knowledge in the preparation and presentation of the Work Risk Premium.- Expertise in handling social security procedures: clarifications, reports, and audits with IMSS and Infonavit.- Experience with payroll systems (desirable: Eslabón System) and tools like IDSE Cloud or similar platforms.- High attention to detail to prevent errors in calculations and procedures.- Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, Savings Fund, ISR processes, and audits related to social security.- Proactivity in implementing improvements in internal payroll and social security processes.- Experience working in a service center.Who We AreAs a Koch company, Koch Global Services (KGS) creates solutions spanning technology, human resources, finance, project management and anything else our businesses need.
