The Role We are seeking an exceptional Principal Software Engineer to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of complex, high-impact engineering solutions. In this role, you will influence technical direction across teams, drive best practices, and mentor engineers at all levels. What You\'ll Do Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high‑performance software solutions. Apply advanced concepts, patterns, and best practices in object‑oriented software design and distributed systems. Influence and evolve the organization’s technology strategy and architecture. Collaborate across cross‑functional teams to solve highly complex technical challenges. Research, evaluate, and introduce new technologies to modernize and optimize our tech stack. Provide deep technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to engineers across multiple teams. Manage and prioritize multiple initiatives while ensuring high‑quality delivery. Own end‑to‑end solutions as part of an Agile SCRUM team, including test automation and quality engineering practices. Partner with product owners and engineering leaders to define technical direction, new features, and long‑term roadmap. Conduct and lead code and architecture reviews to ensure alignment with standards, patterns, and strategic goals. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, demos, retrospectives).
