Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **Job Summary** This position is expected to be first line contact on supplier related issues, giving proper resolution to operation team concerns and assuring there are no restrictions related to supplier quality affecting production, also this position oversees following up supplier material rejections assuring existence or proper corrective actions implemented by suppliers. **What you will do** - Provides input to operation teams on supplier quality related issues. - Works with supplier to improve PPM performance and implement improvement actions as proactive quality. - Ensures the reliability and quality of suppliers, implementing process controls, inspections, corrective actions. - Follow up on supplier quarantined material. - Creates COPQ charges and assures getting back the cost from suppliers. - Follow up on Scrap and Return disposition of materials to suppliers, assuring shipping documents up to credit notes from suppliers. - Coordinates material containment if issue is reported on supplied parts and assures corrective action is implemented from supplier. - Attendance to MRB meetings assuring quick disposition and resolution to supplier related issues. **Education requirements**: Requires a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineer Administrator or related field. Required English Advanced. **What skills you will have**: **Quality Management**: - Practical knowledge of APQP concepts; PFMEA, Control Plan, SWES, and MSA. - Practical knowledge of measurement equipment. - Able to perform CMM report interpretation. - Previously worked with Quality metrics: PPM, FPY, Scrap, BIQ F/N/M. - Understand the Non-Conforming Product Management process. - Knowledge of software systems: ETQ, SAP, Infinity, AQE. **Effective Communications**: - Ability to involve the right team on meetings. - Ability of communicating the entire team on decisions making. - Knowledge of how to provides specific details on conditions being reported. **Managing Multiple Priorities**: - Ability to work with multiple tasks at the same time. - Capability to work with different suppliers. **Problem Solving**: - Knowledge of problem-solving reports such as 8D, A3, RCCA. - Knowledge of quality tools: Pareto, 5 Whys, Ishikawa. **Additional Information**: - The location for this position Cienega de Flores F5, Nuevo Leon -
