The **HR Coordinator** is responsible for executing and coordinating the operational processes within the Human Resources department, ensuring the proper implementation of policies and compliance with labor obligations. This role serves as a liaison between HR management and employees, promoting a positive, equitable, and values-driven work environment aligned with the firm’s organizational culture.**Compensation**:$18,000 -$23,000 MX**Responsibilities**:- Coordinate all aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, evaluations, and offboarding.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with labor regulations.- Assist with payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and benefits administration in collaboration with accounting and management.- Support compliance with labor laws, firm policies, and quality management standards.- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and internal communications.- Provide guidance and support to staff regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.- Assist in developing and maintaining HR procedures, templates, and reports.- Prepare HR-related reports and metrics (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, etc.).- Maintain strict confidentiality in all HR matters.- Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- 4+ years of experience in human resources or administrative support roles.- Working knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR best practices.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, professional environment.**About Company**DYADlaw, P.C. is a forward-thinking law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services with a focus on meeting the unique needs of each client.
