Schedule: 40 HR/Week In-Person: Hybrid (3x /Week) What you’ll do As a Demand Generation - Next Gen , you will support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns and sales enablement activities to generate and nurture leads. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to bring insights and data‑driven recommendations that help us drive demand and improve pipeline performance. You’ll be exposed to a broad set of responsibilities and will gain valuable experience across reporting, stakeholder management, and campaign execution. Key Responsibilities Support the execution and tracking of demand generation campaigns. Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Excel and Power BI. Analyze data to identify opportunities, trends, and key insights. Work closely with Marketing and Sales to align goals and priorities. Help optimize internal processes to improve lead generation and conversion. Interact with cross‑functional stakeholders and contribute new ideas. Who you are Recent graduate (less than 2 years since graduation), ideally in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Proactive, detail‑oriented and eager to learn. Advanced English (B2+). Strong Excel skills, experience with Power BI is a plus. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Passionate about marketing, data, and contributing to business growth.
