We combine human-centered design powerful data and strong tech to accelerate CX transformation at scale.The Catalyst Team is seeking a Traffic Coordinator to join our full-time team as a full-time employee.- Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, or a related field. Project Management certification preferred.- Proven experience as a Traffic Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced creative agency or marketing department.- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.- Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.- Proficient in project management software and tools.- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.- Knowledge of creative production processes, including print, digital, and multimedia, is highly desirable.**Responsibilities**:Project Coordination- Oversee the end-to-end process of marketing and creative projects, from initial briefing to final delivery.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, marketing managers, revenue, product and operations teams, and external vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated appropriately.- Conduct regular project status meetings to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and address any issues or risks.Traffic Management- Manage the flow of creative assets, including artwork, copy, and digital media, to ensure accurate and timely delivery.- Implement and maintain a robust system for tracking projects, tasks, and approvals.- Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize project requests and allocate resources accordingly.- Monitor project milestones and proactively identify potential delays or roadblocks, taking necessary actions to mitigate risks.- Work closely with marketing operations to monitor handle time, ensuring SLA’s are met and areas for efficiency are identified.Communication and Collaboration- Act as a central point of contact for all creative project-related inquiries and updates.- Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.- Facilitate feedback and approval processes, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and informed at every stage of the project.- Provide clear and concise project status updates to relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.Process Improvement- Continuously evaluate existing workflows and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline operations and optimize resource allocation.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to creative project management, recommending, and implementing relevant tools and techniques.Bonus Experience:- Knowledge of Asana specifically for project management software- Experience with Agile project management methodologies in a marketing and creative context.- Familiarity with designing processes and training on them.- Skills in data analysis and performance metrics to drive decisions.- Experience in managing multicultural and diverse creative teams.ConcentrixCatalyst**Location**:MEX Ciudad de Mexico Insurgentes SurLanguage Requirements:Time Type:**If you are a California resident, by submitting your information, you acknowledge that you have read and have access to the **Job Applicant Privacy Notice for California Residents
