**Description**KERN-LIEBERS, a medium-sized family company based in southwest Germany, is a global technology leader for the production of highly complex strip and wire parts and assemblies.The KERN-LIEBERS group of companies develops and manufactures precision products of the highest quality at over 40 locations around the world.**FINANCE CONTROLLING**Controlling is a key position for our Company, being responsible of the planning, implementation and managing of the Company's finance resources, accounting supervision, finance information, budget, forecasting, strategic planning, legal, inventory, purchasing, IT and payroll cost.**Requirement**:- Accounting, Finance or Business Administration Degree.- Master in Business Administration, Finance or related (desirable).- 5 years of experience in similar position, supervising accounting or finance team, reporting finance results to Corporate and giving support for the strategic planning.- English profiency level- US Visa and passport.- SAP and Microsoft Office profiency (Advanced Excel required).- Accounting records knowledge and best practices, legal requirements (local and national)- Advanced knowledge in financial advice, financial reports and budgets.**Main activities**:- Managing and leading the finance and accounting aspects (billing, financial statements, account recceivables, forecast, budget, tax compliance, inventories, consolidation and reporting).- Leading and improve the relationships with internal and external customers.- Coordinate external and internal resources.- Guarantee the cash flow in order to cover the organization's needs.- Contribute to the annual business plan y budgeting process.- Reports KPI's, Finance development and Finance projects.- Evaluation and implementation of best practices for existing processes according to its finance impact.**The Company offer**:- Competitive salary- Benefits over the law- Medical Health Insurance- Life Insurance- Food cuponsPlease, send your resume to participate and join a great CompanyTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
