This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set to join the Development group, whose responsibilities extend beyond those of traditional functional expert. The ideal person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of Dynamics 365, Dynamics AX or NAV Finance implementation, but also be flexible and a strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks.**Responsibilities**:- Take an end-to-end process-based approach to address key business challenges such as complexity reduction, lean manufacturing and operations excellence, process innovation, strategic cost reduction, enterprise transformation and growth through fast innovation- Understand and respond to J.S. Held’s varied business needs and rapidly enhance our internal capabilities needed to continuously improve operational and innovation performance- Use strategy and operations consulting skills, business process knowledge and other methodologies and tools to quantitatively analyze issues and drive solution to transform the business- Deliver large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help J.S. Held achieve high performance- Implement and deploy D365 solutions to achieve defined business goals- Business performance and process diagnostics and assessments- Develop and test detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes- Plan and execute data conversion activities- Drive test planning and execution- Project and program management that exhibits leadership in process re-engineering and implementation of process, technology, strategy, and organizational change**Required Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology discipline- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Dynamics 365, Dynamics AX, and/or NAV Finance implementation- Professional fluency with the English language- Robust experience participating in requirements gathering process for IT systems- Clear and concise oral and written communication- Ability to lead people, teams and projects- Understanding of aspects of business management and strategic evaluation**Preferred Qualifications**- Master’s degree in business or technology discipline- D365 Certification or NAV equivalent- Dynamics Sales and Dynamics Marketing experience- Consulting experience- Project accounting experience- Working knowledge of at least one software development methodology- Working knowledge of Microsoft platform skills- Results oriented/self-directed ability to drive change in unstructured environment- Strong client interface and presentation skills- Strong business acumen- Track record of initiative and outstanding performance- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong customer focus- Strong time management skills**Physical and Mental Job Qualifications**- Ability to remain seated in one location for the entirety of the work shiftJ.S.
