With operations in more than 40 countries, our employees and cast members work together to create entertainment experiences that are both universally and locally cherished.**How will you contribute to our magical experience?**El Operator, Camera Production será responsable de capturar contenido de video de alta calidad para las producciones de ESPN.**The Operator, Camera Production ESPN will be responsible for**:- Operar cámaras de estudio durante transmisiones deportivas en vivo y segmentos pregrabados.Colaborar con productores, directores y el equipo técnico para ejecutar los planes de cámara y listas de tomas.- Encuadrar y componer las tomas de acuerdo con el guion y la dirección creativa.- Ajustar la configuración de la cámara para lograr una exposición, enfoque y balance de color óptimos.- Seguir las instrucciones de bloqueos y señales durante grabaciones en vivo o pregrabadas.- Asegurar que las imágenes se capturen de manera fluida y cumplan con los estándares técnicos.- Solucionar problemas técnicos en el set y realizar mantenimiento básico.- Brindar apoyo en todo lo necesario durante la producción de programas de estudio, como manejar micrófonos, iluminación, elementos del set, sillas y más.**What we need from you to be part of this story**:- Mínimo de 2 años de experiência trabajando en televisión.- Experiência como operador de cámara en televisión, cine o medios digitales- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y adaptarse a las necesidades cambiantes de producción.- Sólido conocimiento de los principios de la cinematografía y la narrativa visual.- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.- Resolución de problemas, proactividad y atención al detalle.- Dominio de diversos sistemas de cámaras.- Nível intermedio de inglés.- Educación mínima requerida: título técnico o secundaria completa. Ideal: título en Comunicación.
