Regardless of your race, belief, sexual orientation, religion or any other trait, YOU are welcome in all open positions at the largest healthcare company in the world.When You Join Johnson & Johnson, Your Next Move Could Mean Our Next Breakthrough.**SENIOR MANUFACTURING CLERK - FOR 6 MONTHS**Provide assistance to operations departments and special projects.**You will be responsible for**:Under Limited Supervision and in accordance with federal, state and local laws/regulations and Johnson & Johnson Corporate Procedures and Guidelines, this position:- Prepare Change Authorization Forms (CAFs) to change engineering documentation.- Enter information as required by engineers.- Follow all safety policies and other precautions within the company's work area- Complies with security policies and procedures.- Ensures compliance with the responsibilities of the Environmental Management System (EMS).- Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all of the responsibilities listed here may be assigned.- Assist engineers in conducting studies.- Follow EES and J&J Records Management Policies for Convenience Information, Records Retention Scheduling, Training and Education, Document Retention Notifications, Records Cleanup, Inactive Records and Information Management, Vital Records and third-party provider ifapplicable.- Is responsible for communicating business-related matters or opportunities to the next managerial level- For those who supervise or manage personnel, they are responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all of the Company's guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environment practices and that all necessary resources to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.- Is responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State and Local company regulations, policies and procedures- Performs other assigned tasks as needed**Qualifications**.**Requirements and Education**:- Preparatory or Equivalent Technical Career.- Proficiency in English language (preferred)- Lean Certification (preferred)- Knowledge and Skills to successfully develop the responsibilities of the position- 4 to 6 years of experience related to the position.- Or 50% or more of the completed Professional Career (preferred)**Knowledge and Skill Sets**:- Bilingual: English / Spanish- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) / ISO- Pc, Word, Excel, PowerPoint management- Knowledge in EES information systems of preferencePrimary Location: Juarez, ChihuahuaReporting to: Senior Engineer**Primary Location**Mexico-Chihuahua-Juarez- **Organization**E.E.S., S.A. de C.V.
