About the job:The Red Hat Operations team is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join us in Mexico City, Mexico. In this role, you will support the Sales team in providing systems and processes which add value by increasing sales productivity through analysis of current systems and processes and development of new improved systems and processes with global alignment. You'll support existing systems and processes with all functional areas and teams, including the Finance, Finance Commissions, Deal desk, Marketing, and Subscription Management teams.What you will do:- Continuously analyze the existing processes and systems in the Sales team- Create new improved systems and processes using our technology- Analyze business practices; communicate and train new processes for the Sales teamOversee monthly and quarterly processes including data management and reconciliations- Be responsible for operational input into various projects- Communicate closely with other functions including Finance, Channel Operations, and Services teams- Manage subscriptions by serving as a point of contact between order entry and field teams to ensure seamless processing of orders- Investigate ways to improve reporting- Deliver training for Sales and other functions- Provide critical information beyond the organization that enables leaders to determine strategy and guide improvements to the business based on market dynamics and global alignment- Create alignment around a set of team goals that are fully aligned with Red Hat overall business and strategic goals- Serve as a trusted adviser and enabler to the business at a global levelWhat you will bring:- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, IT, or engineering- 2+ years of experience working in similar roles and responsibilities- Understanding of industry developments and trends and macroeconomic landscape- Sales operations or sales administrative experience in the IT industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated experience communicating value, progress, and status of sales business to required stakeholders and different audiences and time management- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English- Knowledge of sales cycles, models, tools, lead waterfall processes, and end-to-end business processes is a plus- Knowledge of Google Workspace is a plusLI-JR1About Red Hat:
