**Job Overview**:The Project Info Mgmt Tech provides solutions to problems in the Project Info Management discipline without supervisory approval and will evaluate and select solutions from established operating procedures.Our ingenuity fuels daily life. Today, we're driving the energy transition with more than 30,000 of the brightest minds across 54 countries.**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:- Organize and prepare all the necessary documentation for projects in course.- Control and get copies of the project documentation.- Make copies for Production, Construction, Engineering and Fabrication areas- Occasionally, get updated all the information related to the Yard Development- Get familiar with the EDMS used by MDR in projects, by taking the appropriate induction training- Photocopy of documents if necessary- Seal the documents and drawings and elaborate the document packages and update the lists of documents.- Store and file the documentation received from client, vendors, design engineering, fabrication engineering, and etc.in the appropriate site.- The storage for all these information is in a share-point site or a specific EDMS, according to the organization Chart provided according to every project.- To submit a Job letter of every discipline of Fab engineering.- Maintain updated the share-point site where all the information is located.- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Construction Support Engineering Manager or a higher Document Control authority.- Participate in the elaboration and development of L2, L3 and L4 procedures according to the updating of Global procedures used in MDR.- Participate in the updating process of the Job Descriptions of Information management discipline into the Construction Support Engineering Department.Reports To: Construction Support Manager, Senior Project Info Mgmt TechLiaise With: All departmental and inter disciplinary staff in all disciplines, PMT, Client, Vendors & Fabrication groups.Supervises: Associate Document Controller**Essential Qualifications and Education**:- Bachelor’s degree or Technical Career.- Up to 4 years in oil and gas with major contractor or consultant in offshore and/or onshore facilities, in document control activities- M/S Office Packages, Proven work experience in Document Management Systems, Adobe acrobat professional, and basic knowledge of AutoCAD.- Strong knowledge of document control policies and processes.- Exceptional Communication skillsLI-RM1
