We simplify rooftop solar adoption through advanced technology, continuing education, growth, and human connection.**About the position**We are looking for a dynamic, communicative, focused, proactive person, able to work under pressure for our Facilities team; which is exciting and we are rapidly expanding is a critical part of ensuring good communication and performance of Installer partners in all geographies.**We're looking for someone with**:- Has the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.- Has the ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables (SLA compliance).- Is very detail-oriented.- Is creative solving of technical problems.- Is organized and metrics-driven.- Is an effective team player.- Is personable and excited to help the solar revolution grow.- English (reading, writing, communication) - 85% minimum.- Desirable:- Electrical engineering, electromechanical, mechatronics, mechanical-electrical, renewable energy, energy, or similar.- Knowledge in electricity, solar energy, photovoltaic installations (basic level).- Executive reporting experience.- Experience creating dashboards.Your responsibilities will be:- Ensure that installers comply with SLAs from the start of the installation and/or visit the interconnection of the installation.- Handle the installer schedule according to our SLAs.- Coordinating installers during each on-site installation- Assist the team in maintaining clear and timely information for the weekly installer evaluation.**OKRs**:- Projects installed with > 4.8 score installers: 80%- Installations within SLA: 100%- Idev Analysts with Certified in OB Checklist: 100%- TVs reports with extra cost quotes delivered within SLA: 100%**Compensation and benefits**:- Competitive base salary with results-based variable pay (salary range 15,000 - 20,000 gross mxn per month).- A fun, high-caliber team that trusts you and gives you the freedom to be brilliant.- The opportunity to learn firsthand about the distributed generation regulatory scheme in Mexico while being part of the fastest-growing startup in the country.- Unparalleled learning: We have access to an incredible roster of advisors and investors who are actively involved in this project.- Excellent work environment: all contributions and ideas matter to us.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Opción a contrato indefinido- Vacaciones superiores a las de leyHorario:- Turno de 8 horas
