Empresa Americana con manufactura en Tijuana, BC. dedicada a la fabricación de sillas, sillones, escritorios, etc. se encuentra en la búsqueda de:**Ingeniero de EHS****Objetivo**:- Responsable de implementar programas de seguridad industrial, salud y medio ambiente para prevenir y/o corregir condiciones laborales riesgosas o insalubres, medidas de prevención y protección ambiental para cumplir con los requisitos legales mexicanos y las políticas y procedimientos internos de la empresa.- Como ingeniero de EHS, tendrá experiência y habilidad para planificar, diseñar, configurar, modificar, optimizar y monitorear procesos de seguridad y salud ambiental bajo una supervisión mínima.**Responsabilidades**- Responsable de implementar, monitorear y auditar el sistema de gestión de EHS, el cual debe cumplir con los requisitos establecidos por las normas federales, estatales y locales y las políticas y procedimientos internos de la empresa.- Responsable de implementar programas industriales, de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente para prevenir y/o corregir condiciones laborales riesgosas o insalubres.- Llevar a cabo evaluaciones de riesgos para identificar peligros e implementar controles para reducir el riesgo de un incidente.- Colaborar con la investigación del incidente para identificar las causas raíz y determinar las medidas correctivas/preventivas para evitar que se repita.- Responsable de la coordinación y buen funcionamiento de la comisión interna de seguridad y salud.- Mantiene un plan de contingencia actualizado dentro de la empresa en coordinación con las autoridades federales, estatales y locales mediante el establecimiento de planes de respuesta ante emergencias.- Obtiene y actualiza los permisos de operación de las agencias gubernamentales.**Requisitos**:- Ingeniería por finalizar o terminada- Proactivo, excelente comunicación verbal y habilidades para resolver problemas.- Fuertes habilidades informáticas en la oficina de Microsoft (no se requiere el deseo de AUTOCAD)- Pensamiento dinámico y habilidades para resolver problemas.- Aautodirigido- Resolución de problemas y trabajo en equipo.- Inglés deseable
